Jardín Beach: is a combination of the natural beauty of the island and the creative genius of César Manrique. One kilometer of the coast near the tourist resort Puerto de la Cruz regenerated from the Castle of San Felipe to Punta Brava district using 200.000 cubic metres of sand extracted from the surrounding sea beds. Jardín beach has the full range of facilities and a horizontal breakwater that protects part of the swimming area.

Martiánez Beach &Martiánez Pond is one of the most admired examples of coastal transformation by César Manrique. Certain sections of this beach with black sand lays open to the powerful action of the sea, and is appropriate scenery to the practice of surf and sea wall. The complex has an artificial pond, consisting of 27.000 m3 of sea water that highlights the rest of the pools, four for adults and three for children use.

Teresitas Beach: 7 km outside Santa Cruz, almost, by the most eastern corner of the island is about 1500 meters long. This beach is one of the most popular safe Tenerife beaches for swimming with a breakwater 500 m off shore and golden sand from the antique Spanish province of Sahara.

Roque Beach: It has crystal clear waters, dark sand and spectacular views. Its large waves make this stretch of coast a favourite with surfers. Not far away are two similar beaches – Almáciga and Benijos.

Nudist Beaches: Playa de la Tejita (El Médano), Playa de los Patos (La Orotava), and Playa de las Gaviotas (Sta. Cruz)
